Rudolph Ingram, also known as Blaze, is a 7-year-old chap who has been dubbed as the fastest boy in the world.

According to Honor Africans on Twitter, the boy is said to be able to run a distance of 100m within just a space of 13.48 seconds.

Rudolph who plans to beat the record of 9.58 seconds set by Usain Bolt, is surely on track to become the fastest man on the planet.
