Man UTD vs Arsenal: Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals player to start against Arsenal

Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has suggested that Alexis Sanchez could start in their FA Cup fourth-round tie at Arsenal, following his injury disruptions in recent times. Sanchez’ only start under Solskjaer was in the FA Cup tie against Reading and he has not completed 90 minutes since the first game of the season against Leicester City. The Chilean appeared on the bench in the 2-1 win over Brighton and Hove Albion over the weekend but was an unused substitute.

Because he’s been out for quite a while. But possibly he’ll be in the team in the FA Cup next week.” Manchester United travel to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on Friday 25th January in a 10:55 PM kick off.

Sánchez followed up this by scoring the second in Arsenal’s 2–0 win against Tottenham on 18 November, and a week later scoring a decisive and controversial injury-time penalty in a 1–0 win against Burnley. Sánchez continued his fine goalscoring form by scoring Arsenal’s third goal in a 5–0 rout of Huddersfield Town, his third goal in consecutive games. He also scored with a diving header against Liverpool on 22 December in a thrilling 3–3 draw. He scored his last two goals for Arsenal in a 3–2 away win against Crystal Palace on 28 December.
