Inter Milan manager avoids touchline ban ahead of Juventus clash

Former Roma boss, Luciano Spalletti has avoided a touchline ban for Inter’s showdown with Juventus, while there are seven Serie A players suspended this weekend.

The Nerazzurri Coach was sent off for dissent and leaving the technical area in the final minutes of the 2-2 draw with Roma. He has been given a warning, but will be available for Friday’s massive match against the leaders.

There are seven players given a one-match ban: Nicolò Barella (Cagliari), Thiago Cionek (SPAL), Romulo (Genoa), Daniel Bessa (Genoa), Arturo Calabresi (Bologna), Vitor Hugo (Fiorentina) and Luca Rossettini (Chievo).

Napoli were fined €15,000 for their fans throwing smoke bombs into the opposition end of the Stadio Azzurri d’Italia in Bergamo, plus €3,000 for delaying the start of the second half by three minutes. Atalanta were fined €2,000 for their fans throwing fireworks on to the pitch.
