Funny times at Old Trafford as kit manufacturers Adidas have launched a leopard-print Manchester United jersey that Manchester United will never wear. And yet a limited number are available to buy for Red Devils fans for £60.

The wacky strip features on Fifa 19 on the Ultimate Team Mode – and sports fans will be able to buy the shirt direct from the game.

But to ensure supporters who might not play Fifa but collect kits do not miss out, Adidas are also selling from their online store. The shirt is black and yellow with a spot-design much like a leopard. The club crest is in the middle on the front, and below is club-sponsor Chevrolet.

To prove authenticity, at the bottom of the shirt is a tag including the names of Adidas, EA Sports and Manchester United. It is available to buy in adult sizes only, in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. It is part of Adidas’s EA Sports Pack – and other clubs are also on board too.

Bayern Munich’s red, orange and yellow fade shirt, and Real Madrid’s blue offering that looks like outer space are both available to buy. Last season the kits were only available to be played in on the popular football game. Now they have quite literally been brought to life.
