Arsenal Key Man To Miss Leicester City Clash

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has revealed Sokratis Papastathopoulos will miss Monday’s clash with Leicester City.

The highly rated central defender damaged his ankle on international duty while representing Greece in their 2-1 defeat to Finland.

While speaking with reporters, Emery said: “The players are coming back now. Only Sokratis had one problem, one small injury.

Arsenal welcome Leicester to the Emirates on Monday, hoping to extend their winning run to 10 straight games.

The Gunners have moved to within two points of Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool at the top of the table after their recent run as they continue to thrive under Unai Emery.
