The popular Opera News Platform has today erupted in a thunderous reactions following a story about a popular Onitsha, Anambra state based Prophet, Chukwuemeka Odumeje – who is reported to have set a date, August 19, 2019, to walk on water, like Jesus did.

Prophet Odumeje, director of Mountain  of Holy ghost Intervention  Deliverance Ministry , was quoted by Naijanews.com to have informed his congregation during a church service.

When reacting to the news was monitored on the Opera News platform, readers appeared to have been outraged by the Prophet’s comments.

One particular user reminded him that Jesus did not announce date in a prior notice, when (as the bible records) he walked on water.
