The Ogun State Police Command has on Saturday, secured the release of the remaining four kidnap victims who were kidnapped along with a Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, on Thursday as was announced by the RCCG General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.

The only female among the abducted pastors, Deaconess Chidinma Ibelegbo, had been rescued earlier in the day by the Police who had promised to secure the unconditional release of the remaining four pastors.

DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, the Police Public Relations Officer in Ogun State, made the rescue effort known in a terse statement on Saturday.

He said, “The remaining four victims have been rescued unhurt by men of Ogun State police command.”
