Military Inflicts Heavy Casualties On Boko Haram In Borno

The Air Task Force (ATF) of Operation Lafiya Dole has inflicted heavy casualties on Boko Haram terrorists in their hideouts at Alagarno and Sambisa Forest area of Borno State.

This was confirmed by the Defence Headquarters on Friday.

NAN reports that the Coordinator, Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. John Enenche, in a statement on Friday, said that a compound housing some high-value Boko Haram leaders was also taken out.

Joseph Akeredolu, a 48-year-old Nigerian has been arrested in India for duping a diamond broker from south Mumbai of Rs 1.16 crore or $217,000.
