Minister of state for Niger Delta Affairs, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has reached out to the supporter of Muhammadu Buhari, who was stabbed while celebrating the Presidential Election Tribunal, PEPT, victory of the President.
PEPT had on Wednesday ruled in the case involving Buhari and his rival Atiku Abubakar – where the petition regarding contentious secondary school certificate of the President was struck out.
Celebrating the victory in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government of Delta State, Mr Elvis Omoiri, was stabbed by his neigbour after an argument ensued between him and his alleged attacker, Best Uduophori.
Reacting on Saturday, Mr. Keyamo announced via his twitter page that he had reached out to the victim, undertaking his medical medical and promising his attacker would be brought to justice.
I have already taken up this matter. I sent one of my SA’s to the hospital & asked them to send me all the medical bills. I also spoke with the victim & assured him of justice.
