The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has returned President Muhammadu Buhari as the duly elected President of Nigeria in the February 23, 2019 Presidential election.

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in its ruling this Wednesday evening, struck out the petition of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party in its entirely as it upheld the election of President Muhammadu Buhari as the duly elected president of Nigeria.
