President Muhammadu Buhari has been described as “the man who can’t find his WAEC” by political activist, Deji Adeyanju.
According to the fierce government citric, the country was in a “very bad place” given that the same man who could not account for his WAEC certificate, presides over the ministry of petroleum and of course the country’s apex bank.
“The man who can’t find his WAEC is Minister of petroleum and also controls the Central Bank. He determines who gets forex or not. We are in a very bad place.” tweeted Deji

Nigerians must have sense by force.

Buhari’s WAEC certificate has been a subject of controversy since his emergence as the president. There have been many versions to the story; from leaving the certificate in the hands of the military, having to “manufacture” a statement of result, to the examination body finally providing him an original one.
The issue of WAEC certificate is also one of petitions against the president by his opponent, Atiku Abubakar, at the presidential election petition tribunal.
