The embattled former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Friday night, urged Nigerians not to give up on the country, in the spirit of Easter.
The former Ekiti Governor, who has been away from social media for a while asked Nigerians to keep hope alive, on whatever challenges presently facing the nation.
In his Easter message released to the media in Ado-Ekiti, Fayose said that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has given mankind the hope that no situation is beyond the divine power of God.
In the spirit of Easter, we must let our hope in Nigeria be as alive as Jesus Christ. That our Lord Jesus Christ never gave up on his mission for our salvation despite the betrayals, humiliation and persecution is the reason we must never give up on our country.

Fayose also urged Nigerians to stand for the truth at all times, adding that, only this can exalt a nation.
“That our Lord Jesus Christ never gave up on his mission for our salvation despite the betrayals, humiliation, and persecution, is the reason we must never give up on our country, Nigeria.

“By raising His son, Jesus, God Himself has established and secured our hope for a better tomorrow.

Wonders shall never cease to happen. For a man who led a 4-year onslaught against his people to come up preaching, it means satan can repent. Where are the 6 damaging pictures of Buhari in your custody??? Beg God for forgiveness and stop all these deceptions.
