Members of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria, PASAN, have shut down the Senate and House of Representatives Chambers, at the National Assembly Complex.
The action is in protest against non-implementation of the Consolidated Salary Structure, and unpaid allowances, which runs into millions of Naira.
The protesting workers, who are carrying placards with various inscriptions, have vowed to frustrate legislative activities, today.
The Clerk of the National Assembly, Mohammed Sani-Omolori, had written to PASAN, to urge its members not to picket the Legislative house, but to no avail.
