Liverpool defender, Virgil van Dijk got sat down by Salzburg forward Hwang Hee-Chan before Jurgen Klopp’s men conceded a goal. Hwang did a left foot fake before shooting with his right foot, sitting Van Dijk to the ground in the process.

What’s worse, Liverpool threw away their three-goal lead as Salzburg scored three to level it up with 30 minutes left in the game. At that point, Anfield was stunned, Liverpool unable to cope with Salzburg’s effervescence and self-belief, while their own confidence deserted them in alarming fashion but eventually got the winning goal through Mohamed Salah.
