Nigerian-born winger, Bobby Adekanye hits top gear for Serie A outfit SS Lazio during the international break by netting a hat-trick in a friendly on Saturday, September 7.
The Former Liverpool super kid will fancy his chances in convincing Simone Inzaghi on breaking into his side with his wonderful display during the international break.
Lazio faced Leonardo Menichini’s Biancoceleste Primavera in a training match at the Central Field of the Formello Sports Center, with the first team running out 7-0 winners with the Nigerian getting a treble. Adekanye showed his predatory instincts with his three goals scored from inside the box; two left-footed strikes and a header bundled home from close range.

The Nigerian-born winger who currently represents England made the matchday squad for Lazio’s opening match of the season against Sampdoria on August 25 but was not in the 23 the following weekend vs AS Roma.

Manager Inzaghi has granted two days of rest to the players not called up to their national teams and they will resume training at the Formello Sports Center on Tuesday. Adekanye was unable to break into Liverpool’s first-team squad during his four-year stint at the club he joined from Barcelona in the summer of 2015.
