Arsenal came back from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw against Tottenham at the Emirates stadium. Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completed the comeback after Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane had given Spurs a two goal lead. Gunners thought they had gotten a late winner through Sokratis but VAR disallowed the goal.
Unai Emery made three changes to his side that was defeat by Liverpool last week. Nacho Monreal left the club during the week after playing at left-back at Anfield. He was replaced by Sead Kolasinac in the backline, while Lucas Torreira and Alexandre Lacazette came into the fold for Ceballos and Willock.
Tottenham got the game kicking as the scored as early as the 10th minute through Christian Eriksen. The visitors took the lead after hitting the Gunners on the counter. Son released the run of Lamela through on goal and he strikes a right-footed effort towards the target. which was parried by Leno but straight to Eriksen. The Dane accepts the gift and converts from close range.
Spurs were close to making it 2-0 in the eight minutes later but Son’s effort was save by Leno to atone for his mistake in the first goal.
Arsenal got back into the game as they torment Spurs on the attack but it was the visitors that scored the second goal through Kane’s penalty. Son was brought down by a vicious challenge from Garnit Xhaka and the referee points to the spot which was duly converted by the England international.

Arsenal reduced the deficit few minutes from half time whistle and Lacazette dribbled his way in Spurs 18 yard to send a thunderous strike past his countryman Hugo Lloris.

The Gunners began the second half on a bright note but it was the visitors that got the first shot on target with both goalkeepers called into action early in the second 45 minutes.
Arsenal finally got their equalising goal through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gunners were back in the game as Aubameyang converts from close range. Guendouzi lifted a brilliant ball over the top of the Tottenham defence and the striker timed his run to perfection.

Sokratis believed that he had bundled the ball home at the back post from Kolasinac’s cross, but the left-back was offside before he played the cross into the box and the goal was disallowed.
Arsenal will face Watford in their next game while Tottenham will welcome Palace to the White Hart Lane.
