Rejected Chelsea star set to sign for a new European side after he was seen at the airport

Super Eagles star Victor Moses has arrived in Istanbul Turkey on Wednesday, January 23 ahead of his proposed move to Fenerbache from Chelsea. the former Super Eagles winger was earlier convinced before making a decision on his career, he has earlier insisted on staying with the English Premier League team.

Moses is expected to be signing his deal on Thursday, January 24 – Lack of active playing time at Stamford Bridge under Maurizio Sarri forced Victor Moses out of Chelsea Nigerian football star Victor Moses on Wednesday night, January 23, arrived Istanbul with his partner ahead of a loan move to Turkish giants Fenerbahce. Since the arrival of Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri, Victor Moses has been struggling for regular games under the former Napoli manager.

The former Super Eagles star has only featured in just one Premier League game this season for Chelsea who is currently occupying the fourth position on the EPL standings with 47 points.  He was initially reported to be considering moving to the Chinese Super League before he changed his decision to join Fenerbahce. Victor Moses won three major titles with Chelsea, the Europa League in 2013, Premier League in 2017 and FA Cup 2018. There are also reports that the 28-year-old former Wigan star has been convinced to make a return to the national team ahead of the Super Eagles 2019 campaign at the AFCON.

According to Legit.ng, Nigeria Football Federation confirmed that Chelsea winger Victor Moses is eager to make a return to the Super Eagles ahead of the 2019 African Cup of Nations. Victor Moses announced his retirement from international football after the Super Eagles’ campaign at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. And while speaking on Channels TV on Friday night, NFF president Amaju Pinnick made it clear that he is in touch with Victor Moses over a possible return to the Super Eagles. Moses was part of the Squad who won the AFCON trophy in 2013 and has shown great importance for the team, Super Eagles captain John Mikel Obi is also expected to be back for the continental tournament after securing a move to English Championship side. Middlesbrough. both stars are expected to be back on form as they hope to secure more playing time with their new clubs respectively.

Victor Moses will also reunite with Nigerian teammates as they play in the Turkish League together and that might see a tough competition between the Nigerian stars, following the amount of Super Eagles stars playing in Turkey.
