GREAT NEWS! Another Super Eagles Star Becomes A Father

More and more players in the Super Eagles team are coming of age and joining the exclusive league of proud fathers.

Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo is the latest addition.

Omeruo has continued to hit the headlines but this time the Leganes defender did it a grand style, welcoming his first child with his wife, Chioma.

The pair, who got married in 2017 before completing the wedding rites earlier this year in Turkey, join the ever-growing list of current Eagles players who have added more caps off the field with the likes of Troost-Ekong, Moses Simon and Ogenyi Onazi giving birth this year.

The on-loan Chelsea defender confirmed the news to AOIFootball.com, whilst thanking God for the health of both mother and child.

“It’s a girl. I’m grateful for this wonderful blessing upon my family and I want to thank God Almighty for making me witness such a great day,” a joyful Omeruo said.

Omeruo has been in impressive form since making his debut for Leganes in the Spanish LaLiga and recently helped Nigeria to qualify for the 2019 AFCON in Cameroon.
