Reports have it that Nigeria billionaire and Chairman of Telecommunication giant, Globacom, Mike Adenuga is currently erecting a powerful an eye popping structure in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

According to the online news medium, the Globacom boss’ new project is a wondrous three storey structure ad the construction is going on at a fast pace.

According to the platform, it is located at the popular Ring Road in the capital city.

The development according to the report sits on approximately five plots of land and is basically an office structure designed with sprawling parking space among other business enhancing facilities.

Further findings also has it that the building is just some three minutes drive from Glo’s current operational office in Challenge area of the ancient city.

There are indications that the project which is still under construction will serve as new operational office of the telecoms giant brand when completed.

“Though I don’t know how much the billionaire doled out to acquire the property, I’m aware the owner at a point put 200 million naira on the parcel of land”, another source divulged to the online platform.
