Talented singer, Teni was spotted in the photo hugging Burna Boy’s mum passionately in Florida.
Recall that Burna Boy had endorsed Teni in January 2019. The fast rising artiste was gifted these words; “You are amazing, don’t change your sound for anybody. Just heard this song, so beautiful,” framed and sent to Teni as shared on his twitter handle.

Over the past few years, Nigerian music has been permeating the airwaves overseas, with stars like Davido, Tiwa Savage and Wizkid attaining the recognition they deserve, through various award nominations, including BET’s ‘Best International Act’ award of which Burna Boy and Teni were nominated in 2019. Burna Boy and Teni have both had a pretty successful year when it comes to spreading their music worldwide.
While Teni took the Nigerian music industry by storm in 2018 following her hit single, “Askamaya” and is now regarded as 2018’s biggest breakout star, Burna Boy was one of the only two Nigerian artistes called upon to perform at 2019 prestigious music festival, Coachella. Both these Nigerian acts are now being rightfully celebrated for their numerous achievements as they rightly should be.
