Laura Ikeji is no different. Although now a married woman, she is still remembering the day her husband popped the big question and she agreed to be his wife. She has now released a photo showing the moment. In the photo, her husband, Ogbonna Kanu is seen on one knee in front of her with a ring in his hands. She is seen blushing and covering her face in excitement.
She shard the photo on her Instagram page and followed up with a loving caption.
She wrote: “I remember so vividly. Love u babe, love u even more now. @ogbobekee1″
About a year ago, Laura Ikeji Kanu, who is married to retired footballer Ogbonna Kanu, was in the news as rumours spread she is Ogbonna’s second wife. Now ex-footballer has spoken out against the rumours. Recently, Laura Ikeji’s husband, Ogbonna Kanu, was said to have been married to a British lady before his marriage to the fashion blogger who is also Linda Ikeji’s younger sister.
The British lady is also the mother of his two children. Ogbonna took to his Instagram to discredit the rumours and confirm Laura is his first and only wife. He said: “People, I just want to let you all know that I was not married prior to my marriage to Laura I’m happy to be married to Laura my wife.”
“I have two lovely kids but was not married. I’m cordial with the mother of my two wonderful children but we were not together when I met my wife Laura is my only wife and I love her God bless you all.” He has since deleted the post but his words remain. Laura is his first-ever wife.
