Gbenro Ajibade has once again called out his wife, Osas Ighodaro on social media for bad parenting prompting us to a look back at how they both started and who the Nollywood actress, really is.
Its now obvious that all is not well in the marriage of both Tinsel actors following Gbenro’s recent Instagram update where he called out Osas. The actor who has relocated to the United States, took to his Instastories early on Sunday morning to accuse his estranged wife, Osas of bad parenting. According to him, Osas leaves their two-year old baby, Azariah at home while she parties all night and even once was sent the baby home to the nanny through a stranger.
Who Is Osas?
Osas Ighodaro Ajibade is a Nigerian actress, humanitarian and host. She made her claim to fame in 2010 when she won the Miss Black USA pageant and she is the founder of Joyful Joy Foundation, a foundation aimed at raising awareness and funds in the continuous fight against malaria.
Osas also co-hosted the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards alongside Vinbai Mutinhiri and IK Osakioduwa in 2014. She took home the Best TV actress of the year award at the ELOY Awards in 2014.

Osas Ighodaro got married to Gbenro Ajibade in 2015 after they worked together on the set of Tinsel soap opera. They welcomed a daughter together in June 2016. She has a habit of celebrating Gbenro on Instagram especially on his birthday’s.

The white wedding was held in the United States on Independence Day (4th July) 2015. The wedding was done in The Grand Prospect Hall, Brooklyn. Mai Atafo designed the suit for the groom and groomsmen while Toju Foyeh took care of the gold strapless gown.
Andrea Iyamah designed the mermaid reception dress. The groomsmen comprised celebrities in the industry – Kenneth Okolie, Ubi Franklin, Praiz and Dr SID. Osas Ighodaro baby is Azariah Tiwatope Osarugue Ajibade. According to her mother, she was such a good baby in the womb and didn’t cause much of a problem. Azariah’s pregnancy was not stressful but saw Osas’s body experiencing changes. The fact that her stomach was growing everyday was truly humbling for her.

Osas Ighodaro husband is Gbenro Ajibade. He is a model, actor, producer and presenter. Born in Maiduguri with full name Gbenro Emmanuel Ajibade, he attended Makurdi International School before proceeding to Mount Saint Gabriels Secondary School. Gbenro has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the prestigious Benue State University.
