Nollywood fast rising and award winning actor, Lateef Adedimeji who is well known in the Yoruba movie industry for the ease in which tears gush out of his eyes in movies is from Ogun State and a Mass Communication graduate. The Yoruba actor is celebrating his birthday today. He took to his Instagram page and wrote;

 

 

What a time to be alive
I’m the happiest man on earth today .From the bottom of my heart , I say thank you lord for blessing me with another beautiful year . I’m grateful for the priceless gift that you have bestowed upon me . Thank you for your infinite grace that surrounds me , For your love that flows to me in many mystical ways .

 

 

Thank you for the joy and happiness in my heart.
Thank you for my friends ,families and loved ones.Thank you for all the blessings that you have given to me .Thank you for all the experience of this past year . For times of success which will always be happy memories. For times of failure which reminded me of my own weakness and of my need for you.

Nollywood fast rising and award winning actor, Lateef Adedimeji who is well known in the Yoruba movie industry for the ease in which tears gush out of his eyes in movies is from Ogun State and a Mass Communication graduate. The very talented Lateef became a household name for two reasons: his great talent and his striking resemblance to top actor Odunlade Adekola. The great role interpreter warmed his way into the hearts of many movie lovers with his role interpretation skills and his many nuances and gestures which remind many of the much loved Odunlade Adekola.

 

 

There was a rumour that Lateef has a UK based sugar mummy, which was however denied by him. In January 2015, he secretly wedded Tawa Ajisefini in Ibadan, Oyo state.
Lateef won City People Entertainment Award for Best Supporting Actor of the Year (Yoruba) in 2016 and was nominated for City People Entertainment Award for Most Promising Actor of the Year (Yoruba) in 2015. Lateef Adedimeji has featured in several Nollywood movies, notable among them is “Kudi Klepto‘ which the actor himself described as his favorite.

 

 

His impeccable role in the movie drew the attention of a lots Nollywood lovers to him and also got him a couple of awards such as the City People Entertainment Award for Best Supporting Actor of the Year (Yoruba), for his role in the movie Kudi Klepto, Best Actor Award, Heritage Awards, Atlanta, US. He also got the award for his role in the same movie. He has also won the Lagos Under-30 Best Actor Award.  Lateef Adedimeji is an ambassador of Airtel Nigeria and his net worth is estimated to be $2million.
