GET BEHIND ME SATAN!! Rihanna Responds With Bible Verse After Chris Brown Tried To Flirt With Her

Over nine years ago, it gave us pleasure to see Chris Brown and Rihanna loved up until the huge fight which resulted in physical assault and eventually affected Brown’s career. Despite trying to revive the relationship in 2013, it ended as soon as it started.

Well, it seems that Chris Brown might want her back. After Rihanna’s post telling people to try out savagexfenty’s styles this season (Can we all appreciate Riri for a minute), Brown (who isn’t following her by the way) replied with a love emoji.

Fans (Chrihanna) who have prayed and waited for this moment, jumped on the ship giving their advise.

But girl is not having it.

She posted a Bible passage from “her” devotional which seems to address that emoji.

Coincidence maybe?

Though they broke up for good more than four years ago, we all still remember that Rihanna, 30, and Chris Brown, 29, had one of the most volatile Hollywood relationships of all time. Both have seemingly come a long way since their shared days as a couple, which means they are now are able to reflect. Specifically, RiRi discussed why she believes their relationship was doomed, and why she reminded Chris of the “bad moments” in his life.

“I was that girl,” Rihanna told Vanity Fair, about her decision to get back together with Chris for the second time, asking the court to lift the restraining order against him. “That girl who felt that as much pain as this relationship is, maybe some people are just stronger than others. Maybe I’m one of those people built to handle s–t like this,” she added.

So upsetting, right? The interview gets even more heart wrenching, though, as Rihanna is asked whether she thought she could change Chris. “A hundred percent” she responded. “I was very protective of him. I felt that people didn’t understand him. Ever after…. But you know, you realize after a while that in that situation you’re the enemy. You want the best for them, but if you remind them of their failures, or if you remind them of bad moments in their life, or even if you say I’m willing to put up with something, they think less of you– because they know you don’t deserve what they’re going to give.”

Wow, some very heavy stuff. We are so glad Rihanna seems to be in a place where she can reflect on her past and use it to better her present and future. What do you think of Rihanna’s thoughts on she and Chris’ breakup?
