Yesterday, billionaire businessman and Chairman of the Dangote group, Aliko Dangote took delivery of the steam generator for the Dangote Refinery.

The heat recovery steam generator arrived yesterday,  (Friday, August 23, 2019) in Lagos in readiness for the take off of the billionaire’s new endeavour set to change the oil and gas business in Africa.

According to Wikipedia, a heat steam generator is a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) is an energy recovery heat exchanger that recovers heat from a hot gas stream, such as a combustion turbine or other waste gas stream. It produces steam that can be used in a process (cogeneration) or used to drive a steam turbine (combined cycle).

His friend and fellow billionaire Femi Otedola witnessed the arrival of the Heat Recovery Steam Generator for Dangote refinery valued at $13 billion dollars.
