An On Air Personality and Head of Content, Rhythm FM Lagos Winston Raezy Ugochukwu, simply called Raezy has narrated how a young broadcast intern was brutally murdered and his dreams cut short.
Narrating how the sad incident occurred via his twitter handle @RaezyWinston, the On Air Personality and disc jockey narrated thus:
”On Tuesday, one of my interns who’s very bright, intelligent, focused, dedicated and ambitious was murdered in cold blood while tryna get a bus around 6AM. Gang members were robbing 2 blocks from his street, they shot him in the head and still took his phone. I’ve been broken…
”All this kid was tryna Do was realize his dream. Incredible kid.. He’ll find his way to come get some professional training. Learnt so fast. He just wanted to be great at this radio thing and he was coming along good! He was only 18!! I’m devastated. I’ve been crying Fam..
He was gonna relocate to the UK ?? TO go be with his Dad but part of the reasons it delayed was passion. Now I just wish he had relocated sooner… I hate this country right now. Nobody is saying anything, police is doing nothing! Same Gang members are still terrorizing!
