Viewers of the Big Brother Naija show have expressed displeasure at Frodd for the way he reacted to a kiss delivered to him by Esther.
During the Darling Runway Challenge that eventually saw Venita and Sir Dee as winners, Frodd had been the recipient of an intimate kiss from Esther.

While in the Diary rom with Biggie, he had been asked about the kiss which he explained in detail, had been a stunt they had both agreed on to give them an edge over the others. Esther had declined to do it at first but at the very last minute, while on stage, she changed her mind and laid it on him. He was seen smiling sheepishly as he narrated the event.
